We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CheckOutStore.ca. If you're not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and inserts
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened consumable supplies or media once the tamper-evident seal is broken
- Downloadable software or digital goods
- Custom-printed or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items marked "final sale"
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@checkoutstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for shipping the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@checkoutstore.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
