We ship orders from our warehouse in Canada. Thanks for shopping with CheckOutStore.ca.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and the service level you choose. We support multiple carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post where available.

Domestic Shipping

We ship across Canada via Canada Post and major couriers. Standard delivery is typically 3–10 business days after shipment depending on your province. Expedited and express options are available at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by your local customs office at delivery. Please check with your country's customs office for estimated fees before ordering.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. If you don't receive tracking info within 2 business days of your order confirmation, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@checkoutstore.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days (within Canada) or 21 business days (international), email us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed lost, we'll reship or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly. Re-shipment to a corrected address may incur an additional shipping charge.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening if possible, and email support@checkoutstore.com within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
